A short history of the discovery of vinyl.

In 1926, Waldo Semon of B.F. Goodrich developed the process which created vinyl, he had no idea what his invention would come to mean in our everyday lives. Thanks to this discovery, products are safer, easier to use, clearer, more durable, economical and simply better.

In the year 2000 North America produced 14.6 billion pounds vinyl resin, making it the second largest plastic produced in the world and no wonder with all of its infinite uses.
